The latest from the well known protein bar supplement is titles Quest Protein which is intended to be used for more than just pre-workout, post-workout or any time during the day protein powder. They have decided to make a protein from which you can add to any recipes, cookies, pancakes, cupcakes, muffins or any meals you wish to add protein to. Quest Protein is due to be available in a total of five flavors, with peanut butter, strawberries & cream, what looks like vanilla cupcake, a chocolate variant, and the last more interesting one of the five, multipurpose. Looking at Quest Nutrition Protein Powder’s label, we already know that it will be a blend of isolate, micellar casein and milk protein isolate. It will pack 22 grams of protein for every 31 grams serving with only 5 grams of carbohydrates, from which 4 are fibers, and 0 grams of fat. This new protein powder from Quest Nutrition is promising for cooks out there and it should be a good addition to any food that you want to add taste to.
